-    Engagement of a structural engineer to check design and provide calculations.

We were asked to provide a detailed drawing for Kent County council planning for a new dropped kerb and then to produce detailed design drawings for the driveway both for planning purposes and to send to a structural engineer for calculations.

We were asked to provide a surveyor to measure the internal dimensions of a large existing building and to produce 2D detailed dimensional drawings showing the measurements, this is to be used to redesign the inside of the building and covert it into separate apartments,

This was a development overseas, with MC Civil Engineering providing  Architectural Design Services. We produced a package of drawings that included:

-    3D Isometric View.

-    GA Floor Plans.

-    Site Plans.

-    Sections and Elevations.

Drawings were developed using particular planning requirements for set backs from existing boundaries and developed to fit within a particular limited site space and unusual steep site gradients.

We provided design input into the structure of the building and how columns would effect the usable living space.
